After being built 14 years ago, this property in Papamoa East needed a refresh. We Repainted the ceilings, window architraves and doors/frames of this 160m2 family home in Dulux Okarito which really brightened up the space and made it feel much more contemporary.
Holiday Bach

This holiday bach, sleep-out and pergola needed to be completely re-stained. To begin, it was soft washed and treated for any mould/lichen and then treated to two top coats of quality exterior stain (Cabot's).
Modern Country Home

The soffit of this beautifully modern country home was never finished and so we thoroughly prepared and painted the soffit with Dulux weathershield.
Classic Kiwi House

Completely repainted the lounge, hallway and toilet of this classic kiwi home. Also repainted timber framed windows and bedroom ceilings. Looking a lot fresher now!
Minor Dwelling

Completed painting both interior and exterior of a 65sqm minor dwelling in Mount Maunganui. This dwelling consisted of 2 bedrooms and an ensuite, painted entirely with Alabaster white from tip to toe; and a seperate laundry space with white washed interior plywood wall lining. The exterior Shadowclad was also painted with a fresh coat of Alabaster white.
Exterior First Floor Deck

This tired old deck needed a once over! The deck got the whole treatment, washed, sanded, primed and top-coated with Resene Cool Colour paint to help with those hot summer days.
